Description : THE SCIENCE, COMMERCE, ART & CRAFT EXHIBITION AND FETE (BAL MELA)
A great event of Science, Commerce, Art & Craft Exhibition was organized at Vashisth Vatsalya Public School on 22ND November. The exhibition was inaugurated by the Chief Guest Dr. Prem Prakash Singh,who is an eminent personality from the field of Science. Dr. Singh, an educationist to the core has himself crossed many milestones, MS (Research) in Nano-electronics from University of Western Australia and PhD in Nano-Bio Engineering from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. Dr. Singh has got international visiting scientist award from DST in 2012. He was also student chairman of IEEE India (2015) and SPIE India (2016). He was President of Commonwealth student Organization in UWA Perth (2014).
Currently, he is assistant professor at Department of Physics, ECC.
The Chief Guest was mesmerized by the skill, talent and capabilities of the students and he appreciated their endeavours. He advised them to ask question first to themselves and then to their teachers to clear their doubts. But questions must be asked. He said that these students are the real treasure of the nation and they are the Scientists, engineers, doctors and IAS, IPS officers of the future. They just need to follow the four D’s --- Discipline, Determination, Dedication and Devotion and they can achieve whatever they want.
The Chief Guest, parents and the students also enjoyed the various delicacies at the stalls of edibles. The students also had fun with games, music and dance.
In the end the Principal Mrs. Nalini Singh thanked the Guest and expressed her gratefulness for sparing their precious time.
