Description : Annual Function at Vashisth Vatsalya Public School
22nd and 23rd of December 2023 was witness of 2 days annual function with base theme ‘Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam’. The parents enjoyed the performances of their children and appreciated their talent. On the 1st day of function students of Nursery to class 8th performed at stage. The program started with Gajanan Stuti after which the students presented their programs, like Chandrayan journey, heart touching Parents theme dance and plays Snow white and The Selfish Giant. There were other presentations too like Qawwali and mesmerizing dance programs by the kids of Nursery and Prep. It was really a wonderful experience on day one.
Moving to the 2nd day, which belonged to senior classes, again started with Gajanan Stuti as per tradition. It was followed by Hari Strotram, Rajasthani dance, Bhangra, Dandiya and Hindi play ‘Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam’, which echoed the message Human and humanity is the biggest virtue.
The Chief Guest on the occasion was Shri Dibyakant Shukla Joint Director of Education U.P. Board. In his speech he appreciated the efforts of the Principal Mrs. Nalini Singh for all round development of the children of the school, in academics, cultural programs and sports. He also said that the parents should not be demanding but cooperative towards their children then only they will get wonderful results. The other guests present were Shri L.B. Maurya Associate DIOS, Shri Brijesh Srivastava Sports Secretary, Shri Santosh Malviya Principal SAV College and Shri Rajneesh Mohan Manager and Director, St. Xavier’s School.
In the end the Principal Mrs Nalini Singh presented Vote of thanks, in which she expressed her gratitude towards the guests for their gracious presence and sharing their time and thoughts with students, parents and teachers. She also mentioned her deepest sense of appreciation for all the student participants for their excellent performances.
She also extended thanks to all the teachers and staff members for their enormous cooperation within the organization of this gala event. This was the conclusion of the memorable Annual Function at VVPS.
