Fee will be deposited at V.V.P.S.Office counter only between 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
Fees is payable in cash only.
Fee must be deposited by 15th of the each month.
A fine of Rs.10/- will be charged if fee is paid in between 16th-31st of the month.
A fine of Rs.50/- will be charged if dues of the previous instalment are paid in the next instalment.
Fee of March is to be paid in the month of February itself.(Before 15th February)
If dues are not paid with the next instalment too, the student’s name will be struck off from the register.
Re-admission of such defaulters shall be at the discretion of the Principal. Re-admission fee equal to one month’s tuition fee will be charged in excess along with the payment already due.
If a student attends school even for a day in the new session/term and then leave the school he/she shall have to pay fees for the whole term(i.e. minimum)for three months except when he leave the school due to the transfer of the parent.
School fee and the transport charges (where applicable) are to be paid for the whole session irrespective of the absence due to illness, leave or holiday.
When bus/school transportation is not available on grounds of mechanical defects Parents/Guardians are to make their own transport arrangements.
In case the school dues are not cleared by the month of February, the student will not allowed to appear in any of the examination and in case of defaulters, results will be with held till the school dues including late payment, fine etc, are cleared and receipt showed to the concerned authorities.
