Description : Dictation Olympiad English and Hindi At Vashisth Vatsalya Public School On the 20th of July, 2024, Vashishth Vatsalya Public School successfully organised the Hindi and English Dictation Olympiad. This event aimed to enhance students spelling, vocabulary skills and inculcate humanism in them, to make them better human beings. Preparation Phase Students were provided with a PDF containing vocabulary from English and Hindi Literature, Science, and Social science. Students were also provided with PDF’S of English and Hindi moral stories not only to enhance their word power but also to bring them closer to humanitarian attitude. Teachers guided them through these words to ensure they were well-prepared. The Olympiad Day (20th of July, 2024) Students were divided into three groups: - Grade A: Classes 2 & 3 - Grade B: Classes 4 & 5 - Grade C: Classes 6 to 8 Each group participated in the dictation, writing down words as dictated by the teachers from the provided PDF. Results The students performed exceptionally well, showing a strong grasp of the words and excellent spelling skills.
